Reactive Network (REACT) Price & Market Analysis
What is Reactive Network?

Reactive Network is a blockchain platform created by PARSIQ. It improves cross-chain interoperability for Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) chains. This allows smart contracts to connect smoothly with other blockchains.

The platform supports efficient asset and data transfers across multiple networks. It aims to build a more connected and responsive decentralized ecosystem. Businesses and developers benefit from faster, seamless blockchain interactions.

The design focuses on linking diverse blockchain systems effectively. Reactive Network ensures smart contracts work across chains without delays. This strengthens the foundation for a unified decentralized future.

The old Parsiq Network has transitioned to Reactive Network, marking a significant evolution in its ecosystem. The PRQ to REACT token migration at a 1:1 ratio ensures a seamless shift for users. By May 2025, all users are supposed to successfully move to the new Reactive Network, unlocking greater scalability, automation, and cross-chain functionality.

Key features & use cases

Reactive Smart Contracts (RSCs): These contracts autonomously execute transactions in response to specific on-chain events, reducing the need for manual intervention and enhancing automation.

Cross-Chain Automation: Facilitates seamless asset and data transfers across various blockchain networks, improving interoperability and user experience.

EVM Compatibility: Supports Ethereum-based applications, allowing developers to deploy decentralized applications (dApps) that can interact with multiple blockchain ecosystems.

Decentralized Oracles: Aggregates data from various blockchains, enabling smart contracts to trigger actions based on accurate, real-time information.

Multi-Chain NFTs: Enables non-fungible tokens (NFTs) to interact with and derive value from multiple blockchains, creating more complex and valuable digital assets.

Why REACT matters

Interoperability is a big challenge in today’s fragmented blockchain world. Reactive Network fixes this by linking different blockchain systems. It makes cross-chain communication fast and easy.

Reactive Smart Contracts allow for autonomous, event-driven interactions, reducing reliance on off-chain computations and intermediaries. This helps decentralized apps work better and connects Web3 networks. By prioritizing scalability, security, and cross-chain functionality, Reactive Network positions itself as a pivotal player in the future of decentralized technologies.

How Reactive Network works

Core Technology: Reactive Network uses Reactive Smart Contracts (RSCs) to power cross-chain actions. It runs on a parallelized Ethereum Virtual Machine (ReactVM) with a consensus system blending proof-of-stake. This layer connects EVM chains, enabling smart contracts to react to on-chain events automatically.

Key Innovations: Reactive Network stands out with RSCs that trigger transactions across blockchains instantly. Unlike traditional smart contracts, RSCs reduce latency and cut reliance on oracles for security. The Relayer Network ensures fast, trustless data sharing between chains, boosting interoperability.

Scalability & Performance: Reactive Network handles heavy loads by processing multiple transactions at once via ReactVM. It achieves over 8,000 transactions per second, far beyond Ethereum’s base capacity. This scalability supports complex decentralized apps without high gas costs or delays.

REACT Tokenomics

Token Utility and Migration Details: REACT tokens replace PARSIQ’s PRQ in a 1:1 migration, powering the Reactive Network. They drive governance, staking, and transactions, with users paying fees in REACT that get burned to boost value. Validators stake REACT to secure the network and earn rewards, transitioning seamlessly from PRQ’s role.

Supply & Distribution: At launch, REACT had a total supply of 500 million tokens. The circulating supply starts at 310 million, with a deflationary model from fee burning. Over time, burned fees may outpace minted rewards, reducing supply.

Earning & Staking REACT: Users stake REACT as validators to earn block rewards on the network. They can join the ecosystem by buying REACT on public markets. Staking supports cross-chain actions, offering returns for securing interoperability.

Team, backers & development
Who and when built Reactive Network?

Reactive Network was built by PARSIQ, a blockchain data firm. Founded in 2018, PARSIQ launched the project’s testnet by April 2024. Key developers include CTO Daniil Romazanov and CEO Rong Kai Wong.

The company focuses on blockchain interoperability solutions. Reactive Network’s mainnet debuted on February 25, 2025. It enhances smart contract functionality across EVM chains.

PARSIQ’s team drives innovation in decentralized tech. They introduced Reactive Smart Contracts for cross-chain use. Development began years earlier, with major progress announced in 2023.

Investors & partnerships

PARSIQ chose to avoid venture capital for Reactive Network. They returned VC funds to keep it community-driven. Over half of the REACT token supply stays with users, not investors.

However, strategic alliances boost the project’s reach. Cyberport, a Hong Kong tech firm, joined via its incubation program. This offers PARSIQ grants up to HK$500,000 and Asia-Pacific access.

Alibaba Cloud partners with PARSIQ too. Their Tsunami API integrates as Alibaba’s first blockchain data indexer. These ties strengthen Reactive Network’s growth and credibility.

Conclusion: Should you invest in REACT?
Final thoughts on REACT’s potential

REACT offers strong potential with its Reactive Network and smart contracts. It promises seamless blockchain interoperability and multiple revenue streams through staking. However, risks like market volatility and lockup periods could impact returns.

Who is REACT best suited for?

Retail traders seeking staking profits may find REACT appealing. Developers building cross-chain solutions can leverage its smart contract features. Long-term investors and institutions might value its scalability and community-driven model.
