Rules of the Gem Winter Season THT Giveaway campaign

• Entry Period: 6 Dec, 2023, 1 PM, UTC until 17 Dec, 2023, 8 PM, UTC
  - Participants must have a KYC verified Coinmetro Account.
• Campaign: Coinmetro will randomly select 25 Participants to receive a Reward in cryptocurrency.
• Reward: Participant will enter into a Campaign for a chance to win:
  -   one Reward - 300 000 THT,
  -     four Rewards  - 75 000 THT,
  -   five Rewards  - 50 000 THT,
  -    fifteen Rewards - 10 000 THT,
  once all the requirements of this Campaign are met by the Participant.
• Trade Requirement: In order to enter the Campaign, Participant has to perform at least one spot exchange trade with a minimum volume of EUR 100 (one hundred euros) in THT (ThoughtAI token) available on Coinmetro Platform. 
  - Limitation condition: Participant's Coinmetro Account is eligible to receive only one Reward.
  - Every EUR 100 worth of THT traded is considered as 1 entry ticket to the Campaign.
  - Deadline: Participant must complete the Trade Requirement by 17 Dec, 2023, 8 PM, UTC.
  - Each trade that fulfills the Trade Requirement will be considered as an entry ticket to the Campaign. 
  - Participant will be eligible to participate in the Campaign once the Trade Requirement has been triggered within the Entry Period of the Campaign.
  - The Rewards will be randomly drawn and deposited into the Participants’ Coinmetro Accounts on or before 22 Dec, 2023.
• Trade is considered complete once a transaction has been finalized.
• Participants will be notified about the Rewards via email associated with the Participants’ Coinmetro Accounts. 
• Coinmetro reserves the right to disqualify any trades at its discretion, including wash trades, illegal accounts, and trades that display attributes of market manipulation.
• By entering this Campaign the Participant fully agrees to these Rules as well as to the Coinmetro Campaign Terms (see below).
• In case of any conflict, the Rules shall prevail over the Campaign Terms.
• Coinmetro reserves the right to cancel or amend the Campaign Rules or Entry Period at any time without prior notice.
• Any Participant shall enter into the Campaign on a voluntary basis and take into account that any information or materials from Coinmetro are for general information purposes only and are not investment advice or a recommendation or solicitation to buy, sell, stake or hold any cryptoasset or to engage in any specific trading strategy.
