We must all know the names of the world’s most popular cryptos by heart. Bitcoin, Ethereum, XRP, Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, TRON… the list goes on. What about lesser known cryptocurrencies that have a lot of hidden potential? The coins we’re going to talk about today are more specialized, but definitely worth your attention.

Skycoin focuses on creating a decentralized internet. The platform picks up from the centralized web protocols to set up a decentralized, scalable, and fast internet system, also known as the Web 3.0. It aims at solving the major issues in regard to the centralization of the internet by big companies and governments. Well, sounds promising!

Elastos

Elastos is another relatively big coin. It is the most comprehensive, efficient, and customizable dApps operating system and run-time environment that grants you complete control of your digital assets, no matter if you’re a creator or an average user.

Enjin

Whether you like gaming or not, it’s made its way into the crypto-world. ENJ is the largest gaming coin that boasts a network of 20 million players, being integrated in Minecraft. It’s been crafted for the gaming industry and covers video games, dApp games, eSports, and rewards.

Elixir

Originally, Elixir is a lending platform. It’s definitely worth mentioning that Elixir has a small market cap as they haven’t had an ICO. Still, they are on par with Salt at $300M market cap in terms of development progress.

VeChain

VeChain is a BaaS (Blockchain-as-a-Service) and dApps platform that offers “a trust-free and distributed business ecosystem to enable transparent information flow, efficient collaboration, and high-speed value transferring.”

BNB

BNB is the native coin of Binance. Considering the fact that it’s Binance, after all, and that the coin showed great results last year, it is sure to surprise us in the coming years as well.

Qash

Qash is the native currency of the Liquid platform that aims at solving global liquidity problems that have massively emerged in the crypto-verse. If you’re an active crypto enthusiasts, you must’ve experienced liquidity issues first-hand.
